Spirit

Breathwork / Conscious Breathing

The basic idea of breathwork is to release toxins and stress when we breath out and to nourish your mind and body when you breath in. Your breath can help you focus and centre yourself, or to relax and re-energise yourself.

It is possible to control human emotions with specific breathing techniques. Breathing is predominantly a natural subconscious tool that is constantly available to us. People can often or occasionally feel negative, detached or depleted of energy.  These are key times when specific breathing techniques can be used to aid recovery.

Breathwork sessions guide you deeply into your subconscious – with breathing techniques holistically reconnecting your mind, body and spirit.

The therapy supports a wide range of conditions, including:

⦁ Emotional Release
⦁ Stress Reduction
⦁ Nervous System Regulation

⦁ Lowers blood pressure and improves circulation
⦁ Helps manage pain
⦁ Strengthens Lungs
⦁ Releases Toxins
⦁ Improves Sleep

A typical session can last between 45 minutes and 1 hour.
Cost per 1:1 treatment: £40. Group sessions can vary on cost, depending on how many people attend.

Sound Therapy

Sound therapy is a complementary practice using instruments like gongs, drums and tuning forks to create vibrations and, sound frequencies that promote deep relaxation, reduce stress, and improve mental and physical well-being. It operates by reducing anxiety, slowing heart rates, and calming the mind, often described as a “sound bath” or meditation.

There are various types of sound therapies and instruments all designed to take you to a place of relaxation and healing. These journeys give people what they need in the moment – so every journey is different.

Sound baths – using gongs, tubes, drums, rain sticks and other instruments, there are lots of sounds and vibrations going on all around you, bathing you in all the frequencies your body will absorb as well the ones it needs whilst you relax in a calm meditative state.

Drum journey – is a rhythmic form of drumming. Its purpose is to induce a range of ecstatic trance states – helping you alter your consciousness so that you can access these spiritual realms – filled with love.

Raki Drum – is a one-to-one therapy where the drum is played around your body, helping it to release tension. During these sessions – the sound penetrates areas that you are having issues with, whilst at the same time – taking you into a deep meditation and relaxed state.

A typical session can last between 45 minutes to 1 hour. Cost Per treatment: £40.

Reiki

Reiki is a Japanese non-invasive energy healing technique. The Reiki Practitioner places their hands lightly on the body or just above it, channelling universal life force energy. The treatment aims to balance the body’s energy flow as well as reducing stress and easing pain.

With the client laid down supine – the practitioner will go around the body finding any imbalances. At the centre of the body there are 7 energy world pools known as chakras. The energy treatment rebalances these and can also help to balance and settle emotions as well as the over-all energy flow of the body.

A typical session can last 45 minutes to 1 hour. Cost per 1:1 treatment: £40.

Teaching Reiki classes

As a Reiki Master, Lee periodically offers teaching for students who wish to learn Reiki from the beginning and progress through the traditional levels of training.

The therapy is taught though 3 levels of Reiki:

Level 1: Students are introduced to the origins of Reiki, the concept of universal energy and how to begin working with it. They learn about the chakra system and are taught hand placements for self-treatment and for supporting friends and family.

Level 2: Students are introduced to three sacred symbols, which support focus, deepen the practice and develop distance healing. This level also expands the student’s understanding of self-healing and energetic connection.

Level 3: Reiki Master / Teacher: This advanced level focuses on deepening the student’s connection to Reiki, refining their skills and embodying the calm, grounded presence of a Master Practitioner. Students learn how to attune others to the lower levels of Reiki and to the Reiki Master level. Reiki Levels 1 and 2 must be completed before this stage.
